Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-01-01

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of PodCaster Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”) and any related courses, tools, downloadable materials, or services offered on micentra.click (the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PodCaster Academy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you are authorized to bind that organization and “you” includes that organization.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

  • Do not share credentials outside your authorized team (if applicable).
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.

3. Courses and access

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service and course materials for your personal use or team use as described at purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from course content unless you have our prior written permission.

Access to certain materials may be time-limited, role-limited, or subject to changes due to updates, deprecations, or platform improvements. We may add, modify, or remove features, modules, or content to maintain quality and accuracy.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are displayed in your selected currency where available and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location. By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide.

Refund eligibility

If you are not satisfied, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for eligible refunds. Refunds may be denied where prohibited by law or where abuse is suspected (for example, repeated refund requests, chargeback fraud, or policy circumvention).

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension of access while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery to dispute chargebacks.

5. Intellectual property

All content, course materials, software, branding, logos, and design elements are owned by PodCaster Academy or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

You retain rights to content you create, upload, or submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display that content solely for operating and improving the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with other users, or attempt to access restricted areas. Prohibited conduct includes (but is not limited to):

  • Attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Scraping, automated extraction, or reverse engineering beyond what law permits.
  • Uploading malicious code, spam, or content that infringes others’ rights.
  • Using the Service to violate laws, regulations, or third-party policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Educational outcomes vary and depend on your effort, background, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Any examples are illustrative and may not reflect typical results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PodCaster Academy and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top indicates when the latest changes apply. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
